You're right, there's no E-field input on the little pre-amp board for System Blue Basic.

I have a system blue mini, and I made two air core loop antenna, as described in this document:

"Multi Turn.:
20 turn, Ø38cm (38cm diameter) ~ Area ~ 0.19² * Pi * 20 ~ 2,3m² (inductance ~ 500μH)
Use 1mm² lacquer or plastic insulated copper"

Works well enough.
