Hi everyone, I have an issue with stroke alerts email from lightnining.org:
the alert emails sent to a specific domain (@aruba.it) aren't delivered anymore (they worked fine till last March).
I already contacted the recipient provider but it was unable to help me without a delivery failure msg received back by lightiningh.org to investigate...
Is there anyone who experienced similar behaviour with others domains?
Anyone from lightining.org can help me?
Thanks.
Sandro

Hi Sandro,
which web page do you mean?
https://www.lightningmaps.org ... ?
https://lightning.org/ (without your typo in the URL) does not look plausible.
Can you please send me a closer description, where on this platform you configured the stroke alerts e-mails? Unfortunately I cannot find it right now
Best regards,
Thomas

I believe that this is related to the Alerts feature on the Settings tab on our receivers' web interface. In the past, we could set an Action to alert us audibly when lightning was within a certain specified distance from us.

Hi,
yes... my mistake: I was referring to
https://www.lightningmaps.org/
after logging in, "your station", "user area", "stroke alerts"
and is not related to receiver's web interface.
Thanks.

If you ever get your receiver to beep, etc. please let us know here. That was handy when I spent a lot of time on Amateur Radio; I could hear it from my operating position near the receivers. And the dogs could hear it upstairs, and their reaction to the sound let us know.
I get instant nearby lightning alerts from our local TV station on my phone now, and that's good enough for me.
