Please put Kosovo with its own borders

Hello,

Please put Kosovo with its borders all over your website, as there are still people sharing your maps through various social networks, presenting it as part of Serbia, something that is terrible and unacceptable to us as citizens of Kosovo.

Once, Kosovo is an independent state since 2008.

The maps are from GMT, OpenStreetMaps and OpenMap Tiles and not under the control of BO. My suggestion is to contact the maintainers of these maps.
Below the maps, see "Disclaimers" and scroll to the bottom.

But if you click on this link https://www.blitzortung.org/en/live_ligh...php?map=14 Kosovo appears within its borders, but if you click on Historical Data (Historical Map) https://www.blitzortung.org/en/historical_maps.php then Kosovo does not appear there, it is the same map. OK, so there does seem to be a slight differance in the basemaps used, this maybe because the historical ones haven't updated or been refreshed.

I am just a participant, not anyone that has access to the systems beyond the detector I have at my location.

Dupreezd has messaged the owner of the site and I expect when he gets time he will fix it but he has a full time job etc so it might not happen right away.

Hi, more than 7 months have passed since the last contact regarding the updating of the maps, separating the state of Kosovo once and for all from the state of Serbia. Have you received any information from the owner? Please consider my request and fix it as soon as possible!

I have adapted all the maps on blitzortung.org. They should be correct now. I have no influence on the maps of lightningmaps.org.. These maps are managed by Tobias and are from an old database. All fixed size maps only serve as a background for lightning data. This means that all old historical maps now also appear with the border of Kosovo. For dynamic maps, the map data comes from the Openstreetmap.org database. These maps should all be current.

I see that on the blitzortung.org they have been fixed, but in some of them they are not in the correct shape of the map of Kosovo, it was done only for eyes and face!
