No, it isn't... something going on. Especially if you've been charged. Have you followed up with EGON?
It's possible the 19.4 controller stock has been exhausted...
I Know production has shifted to System Blue v 19.5, with updated GNSS, and the first 19.5 systems are
expected in a couple of weeks....
so Egon may have delayed your order to afford you the newest system...
Normal shipping is not expected to resume until perhaps June, however.
