H-Field antenna for system BLUE

Sorry if this has already been answered, but my German is not up to the job.  When I first put my system blue on, I couldn't get the E field antenna to work without lots of detections/noise coming in bursts.

I then found out you need to connect the GPS antenna connector to a good earth, otherwise the E-field antenna just picks up noise.  The earth connection also improved the H-field antenna but to a smaller degree.

but where is your question or is it a recommendation?   However I decided not to connect my e-field antenna since I'm living in a crowded area and there is always a lot of noise in the air.
My 2 H-field ferrit-antennas are doing a good job. Mounted them some cm above ground-level and most of the time I'm on page 2 (or 1 or 3) on the station-list. Also I'm glad to have another station 1km away from me I'm using as a reference and I'm mostly better in efficiency.

Well, in the evening hours someone in my neighbourhood turns on his TV (I think) and I receive a signal with constantly 100pulses/sec for some hours. I've covered the ferrits with aluminium-foil and grounded it but no effect.
Additionally I've grounded the housing of the controller which has contact via the GPS connector which has a little effect on the ferrit antennas results

So my recommendation is not to use the e-field antenna if you are living in an urban area.
