Thank's to you. But I'm afraid octopart and findchips are ok for US but not for Europe and particulary not for France.
Never mind... I've found it : DA103C by RS in France for ca. 2 € each and it's ok.

Octopart lists parts globally, i.e. including RS Components in the UK, but also China and Asia Pacific.
