How to get alerts of fault or missing GPS - jchonig - 2020-12-30

I'd like a progmatic way of finding out if my System BLUE is having issues.   Such as a fault, or GPS not working.

Is there a way to query the device for status so I could generate an e-mail from a script?

Before I go and start parsing the HTML, is there an easier way?

Thanks.

Jeff

I'm new to this also but would the debugging feature under Tools do what you need?

You need to avoid polling the controller.  The onboard  memory is critical, as you'll discover.  No matter what you do, when data gets heavy, it's going to stop anything else and prioritize comm with the server, not you.
You need to send admin/moderator a personal message, or email, with your system credentials so we can confirm and upgrade your membership, get you off the public  for these type discussions... into internal forums... station number, user number user id, email...
Cheers!
