PPS pulse problem still continue.. - Weather muurame - 2019-06-03 Hello, My detector is been out of order since feb 2018… PPS pulse problem is still on, I have try to solve that by myself and with experts, but no solutions. Any new ideas here, or do I give up and throw my system to junk… RE: PPS pulse problem still continue.. - lyova - 2019-06-03 (2019-06-03, 15:07)Weather muurame Wrote: Hello,Hi Weather muurame Can I ask which GPS antenna are you using? Have you tried to use GPS antenna with another working GPS device? How many GPS satellites does your system see and how much signal in dB? Does the GPS antenna see the sky, hope the antenna is outdoor? P.S. if you're still going to throw it in the junk can tell me I can pick it up Best regats, Volodymyr RE: PPS pulse problem still continue.. - dupreezd - 2019-06-03 Weather muurame, your signal does not look right. It has a slow rise time and does not go all the way down to 0V. Ideally it should have a real sharp rise time. Check the voltage supplying the GPS chip. +3V3-G. It is generated by a dictated supply, IC505. Regards. Next I have to chcek IC505 as dupreezed proposed. Oh sorry it's my fault (i'm mean for system blue) trace signal pps without main board RE: PPS pulse problem still continue.. - Weather muurame - 2019-06-03 (2019-06-03, 17:10)dupreezd Wrote: As this is getting more and more technical, I would advise that you first register and become an operator so that you have access to the internal forum where this issue might have been addressed already. I have been as operator several years, but somehow my detector is not listed anymore. I registered my detector again couple days ago, but not accessed. RE: PPS pulse problem still continue.. - Weather muurame - 2019-06-03 I take step back, my station is on the list now. |
