Can no longer log into System Blue Controller, Web Brouser Interface

With the help f Cutty (thank you!), my system Blue is restored, and I again have access to the GUI Controller User Interface from my computer.  The factory reset was actually very simple.  No updates to firmware required.  Current version of installed Firmware is retained.  Not sure why this happened but safe and easy to perform a factory reset per the instructions.
