Blue Board 403 or L403 detached

Hi

The component 403 or L403 has been detached due to shipping. the part was in the bag as it is close to the power input does the component have polarity?  Need to know before soldering back on. See the attached photo

Polarity is irrelevant for this component. L403 passes 5V to the E preamplifier.
