Question about web interface

Hi guys,
I have a "red" system and my controller is no longer accessible via the web interface. I have done the latest update, but before that there were already problems with accessibility. I always get the message "Timeout". The display on the controller is also dark.
How can I connect to the controller without the web interface?

what is your station number?
Are there any LEDs on or flashing?
Did you disable the web interface?
Which URL are you using to connect to the web interface of your station?
Can you ping your station?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Works like magic sometimes!

Maybe try to flash de controller by using defuse mode.
It is explained in the doc how to do it.
