System Blue mini fully assembled

Just a quick note that my system blue mini arrived a few days ago (thanks) and when I opened the parcel it was fully assembled, except on component.
These are rather good news, but is it normal? Anyway thanks for assembly.

Yes the System Blue Mini's are fully assembled.

Where did you buy this ? (or how do i get this blue mini ?)

I had one working in 2016, but i would like to have one up and running with the latest version for Belgium.

Can you help me out ?
