The hole world at the same time

To day I looked at the last 24 hour historical data and found that at UTC 14:20 on May 4th thunder stopped/slowed down at exact same time all over the world. See attachment, and take a look for your self at the historical data page Smile 

Can anybody explain this?

Unfortunately there has been a network outage in the datacenter yesterday.  Sad
