Thanks, but I already located that PDF months ago. 

I sent an email as directed and to the email address listed:

"I would like to order the following:
PCB 23.2b + Preamplifier + Housing"

The ordering instructions also include the statement:

"We will then let you know if the parts are currently in stock and provide you with the total price,
including shipping costs"

The last statement, in bold, requires the Dr., or someone on his team, to contact me to finalize the order and make payment. This is where I have been stuck for months; no one ever responds.  I just resent the same email again; hopefully he will answer this time.

Yes Egon will send email since he is the one building them and sending them. I really cannot help you more sadly. That's where i sent the info and got the response.
